We’re updating our cancellation policy to keep things fair for everyone, reduce last-minute cancellations, and make sure as many people as possible can join their favourite classes.
What’s changing:
• Cancel 8+ hours before class: No fees 🙂
• Late cancellation (within 8 hours): €5 fee
• No-show (missing a booked class): €10 fee
We are introducing these fees, but recurring members will have three strikes before any charges apply.
Your first two late cancellations or no-shows will only result in a reminder email.
From the third time onward, the fee will be charged automatically.
How to cancel:
• Website: Log into your account → Upcoming Classes → Cancel
• App: Go to your bookings → Tap Cancel
